We are very cautious, neat, quick and most importantly, dependable. For exterior, steps taken such as power washing, scraping/repairs, priming, caulking/glazing and painting with superior paints are vital to ensure the best quality work for long lasting coverage. We have the skill and expertise to meet your interior requests as well; including walls, ceilings, trim work and woodwork.

Step1: Power WashingYou must have this done before painting. All homes have a layer of dirt, mildew, etc., that can only be removed by 2,000 to 3,000 psi power washing. Common sense tells you not to paint on a dirty surface.

Step2: Scraping/RepairsAll loose paint must be removed. It's no fun to scrape, but it must be done. We do this the old-fashioned way by hand with scraping knives and wire brushes. You must have a tight, primable surface. If you need any repairs prior to painting, we have skilled personnel to handle most minor repairs.

Step3: PrimingAfter the power washing and scraping, all exposed wood must be primed to properly accept the new paint. We use premium exterior primers to prepare the surface providing a sound foundation for adhesion of the new finish coat. Primer is used to seal stains as well.

Step4: Caulking/GlazingWe caulk all windows and entrances which helps reduce air flow in these areas. All major wood joints are caulked as well. We use 35-year rated caulk. Homes with wood windows have loose glazing removed and replaced.

Step5: PaintingAfter power washing, scraping, priming, and caulking, we do not start cutting corners now. We use only premium paints from Jones-Blair, Kelly Moore and Sherwin Williams.

Interor Painting:
Our high quality painters have the skill and expertise to meet your interior painting needs. We're cautious and neat. We move all furniture. We remove and re-install drapes. We use drop cloths at all times. All switch and outlet plates are removed. A room is never left partially finished. Your home is left clean at the end of each working day. We perform general repairs, such as replacing sheet rock, taping, texturing and sanding. We perform all painting needs - walls, ceiling, trim and woodwork. We stain and varnish, and can use special finishes.• Yes, we can change that dark stain woodwork to a beautiful oil semi-gloss finish.
